You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. tkp388 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify tkp388 immediately at support@tkp388.app if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
It is your responsibility to keep all Account information accurate and up to date. tkp388 will not be liable for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate registration information, including failed payment deliveries caused by incorrect bank or e-wallet account details.
tkp388 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme to verify the identity, age, and residency of Account Holders. KYC verification may be triggered at account registration, before processing a withdrawal above a specified threshold, or at any time at tkp388's discretion.
When requested, you must provide one or more of the following documents in clear, legible format:
tkp388 aims to process KYC submissions within 24–48 hours during business hours (WIB). Withdrawals may be held pending verification completion. tkp388 will not be liable for delays arising from incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent documentation submitted by the Player.
Where a Player fails or refuses to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, tkp388 reserves the right to suspend the Account, withhold withdrawals, and ultimately close the Account, returning any verified real-money balance by the original deposit method wherever practicable.
tkp388 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and direct virtual-account bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment channel and are displayed at the point of transaction. tkp388 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice, subject to responsible gaming considerations.
E-wallet deposits (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay) are credited to your Account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Virtual-account bank transfers are typically credited within five minutes of payment confirmation by the relevant bank. During periods of high network traffic or bank system maintenance, processing times may be extended.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. tkp388 reserves the right to refund any deposit where the payment source cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account Holder, and to close the Account where deliberate third-party funding is identified.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This anti-money-laundering control ensures that funds are returned to their verified source. Where the original deposit channel is unavailable, tkp388 may process the withdrawal to an alternative verified account in the Player's name, subject to additional verification.
tkp388 targets the following withdrawal processing times, measured from the moment the withdrawal request is approved following any applicable KYC checks:

tkp388 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, and to suspend or close the associated Account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; low-risk or hedged betting strategies specifically designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; collusion with other players; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account balance automatically. tkp388 is not obligated to notify the Player prior to bonus expiry, though it may do so as a courtesy.

Minimum and maximum bet and stake limits apply across all game types and are displayed within each game or betting market. tkp388 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, including on an individual Account basis where unusual betting patterns are identified.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting tkp388 support at support@tkp388.app. Prior to closure, any withdrawable Real Money Balance will be processed to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
tkp388 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or cheating; failure to complete KYC verification; or where continued operation of the Account would expose tkp388 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method.
